What payment methods can I use?

We accept all forms of credit card payments and are currently working on cashapp, zelle and apple pay. 

If you prefer to pay with a check you can contact us with the item(s) you'd like to order and we will hold them for a period of 5 business days while your check gets to us. We'll deposit asap and as soon as your check is cleared we'll ship next day.

When will my order ship & get to me?

All orders received by 12pm MST are typically shipped next business day. When exceptions apply they will go out no later than the 2nd business day after. All information on shipping along with shipping times and rates is available here: Shipping Information

If you need a faster shipping speed - we're on it. Just let us know.

Returns process

We want you to love everything you've found but if you don't we gladly accept returns. If shipped back within 15 days of receipt a refund to original form of payment will be applied within 3 days of us receiving the item. Please note: It may take your bank longer to process the credit.

We only accept unworn/unwashed merchandise with tags. Click Here to begin a return.

I received the wrong item(s)

On rare occasion we will make a mistake. If that happens please Click Here within 24 hours of receipt and we'll pull the correct item for you. If the correct item is sold out we'll be sure to make it up to you! Correct item will be shipped next day at no cost to you along with a sincere apology for inconvenience!

Part of my order is missing

If an item is missing from your order please Click Here to let us know and we'll get on it immediately. The missing item will be shipped out same day at no cost to you - and we're sincerely sorry for the inconvenience if this occurs!

Can I get more information on an item?

We'll gladly offer any information available to use from fabric content to wash instructions. We even offer some questions you may want to consider! Click here for some ideas and the link to contact us. Please include the item description with your question so our response can be specific. Someone will respond within 24-48 hours. You can also text for a quick response.

You don't have the size I want

We wish we had a better answer than the one we do for this one! Our collections are made of one time opportunity purchases and created with individual concepts for each one. Unfortunately, due to this we can't guarantee "restock" of an item or size. However, we'd be happy to work with you to offer alternatives and custom work....just Click Here and include the item sku and size you hoped for.

Can I exchange an item instead of return?

You're more than welcome to exchange an item! Just select the one you prefer and Click Here for returns process. Check the "exchange" box and list the item sku number and size you want in the details box. We'll hold the item you'd prefer for a period of 7 days to give you time to ship yours return back to us. Honestly, a completely new purchase is far easier for both of us - but we'll work with you in whatever way you prefer!

Does my information remain private?

We are consumers ourselves and understand the value of privacy - along with not agreeing with the current trend of our information being mined and sold. Hardwear District does not sell any of you information. Unfortunately, some of the apps we use may do so but we try to screen them thoroughly to eliminate it as much as possible. How do our sizes run and Item Details?

As each of our pieces is unique they all come from different manufacturers. We only curate quality brands and materials. Each brand runs differently in size so we try to help by offering lengths, widths and listing the size/height/weight of our models as often as possible. PLEASE don't hesitate to Click Here for specific information on a particular product!
